Healing Modalities

My work is grounded in the understanding that true healing is not about applying a technique, but about meeting each person as a whole being, body, mind, and spirit. We begin with a conversation, to understand what’s bringing you here, what’s arising in your life, and what support feels most aligned.

During a session I draw from a range of modalities to support the healing journey, building a foundation from Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, and supporting it with other modalities. The core of my work is in slowing down and opening up, creating a space of quiet, acceptance, and listening, where your system feels safe enough to open, and the symptoms or struggles that arise from the life experiences trapped within our bodies can be seen and released.

Each person’s process is unique. Some may come for a single conversation, others engage in ongoing sessions that unfold over time. However we begin and wherever we go, the intention is the same. Supporting your system in returning to balance, clarity, and vitality.

Below, you’ll find a description of the modalities I work with and how they may support your healing:

Somatic Experiencing

Your body holds all your life experiences. This is an amazing gateway to access your subconscious where the true source of illness, inner conflict and self-sabotage lie. By learning to tap into and stay present with the messages your body is sending, the physical and emotional pains and habitual patterns being to unravel and let go.

I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) through the Advanced Level (216 hours) with the Somatic Experiencing™ Trauma Institute completed in 2016.

Biodynamic Craniosacral

Through a series of gentle, quiet touch points, I intuitively hone in on the root cause of issues that keep my client stuck. This gentle, hands-on treatment uses a series of gentle, quiet touch points to re-balance your nervous system and energetic body, bringing you back into flow with your body’s inherent harmony. The session is on a massage table while fully clothed.

I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®) trained through the Colorado School of Energy Studies (700 hours) completed in 2019.

Sound Therapy

Sound and vibrational therapy is an emerging technology, increasingly being recognized as a highly effective way to heal past traumas and experiences. Working with tuning forks or sound pipes during a session can help repair your energetic body through resonate frequency.

I am currently in training with the Biofield Tuning™ program and on track to receive my practitioner certification by the close of 2025.

Voice Dialogue

Voice Dialogue explores the complex tapestry of our “selves” or voices. Each self holds to and advocates for a particular view of the world and protects a particular vulnerability. These are generally subconscious. By bringing them forward in session, you begin to recognize where your inner conflicts and self-sabotage might arise. Through gentle, accepting facilitation you become empowered to consciously choose your perspectives rather than habitual reactionary responses to your life.

I studied through Level 3 of Voice Dialogue with J.Tamar Stone, Hal and Sidney Stone’s daughter, in 2016.

The Protector (Leader; Boss), 9. The Mediator (Peacemaker).

The Enneagram

Understanding your core motivations, fears, and behaviors through delving into your Enneagram personality type is a key for self-understanding, personal growth, and improving relationships. This leads to increased self-awareness and stress and resilience management. The Enneagram is based on ancient spiritual traditions.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy taps into the underlying principle of wireless currents in, around and through the body. It is this subtle Energy flow that gives Life and through which the Soul functions. This circuitry flows in all aspects of Life and is a basic principle in Nature. Quite simply, disease occurs when the flow is disrupted. Polarity Therapy, rather than treating disease, is focused on reestablishing the Natural Balance of this flow, which in turn allows Healing to take place.

I received Polarity Therapy Level 1 training through the Colorado School of Energy Studies completed in 2021.
